New USPS Standards for Letter-Sized Booklets

Effective September 8, 2009 “letter-sized booklets” as defined by the USPS require the use of 1.5” tabs to properly seal the open end of self-mailer booklets. Only properly tabbed or sealed booklets will be eligible for machineable or automation postal rates. Please refer to Postal Service Publication 39 CFR Part 111 New Standards for Letter-Sized Booklets for details.
